Last night I wrote on my facebook status that I had no inspiration for my photo of the day. Someone responded by suggesting I took a photo of my big toe.
Taken on my way home late Wednesday night. It's hand held so a bit blurry really. I'm not sure I could be bothered taking my tripod out just for this shot though...
We went along to our friend's little boy's dedication service on Sunday. WE had a nice time and he was extra cute. Here he is playing in the creche. I'm not sure what he's looking at but he is clearly taking it very seriously!
Today I was fortunate enough to have a child free trip into the city centre. I have walked passed the "Big Wheel" many a time and pondered photographing it, but every time I have had at least one child with me and the moment has never been right.
I was very pleased that the sun was shining, partially because it made for a brighter and better photo, but also because it just makes life more cheerful!
Remember Ducky? She insisted on modelling for me again this evening before allowing me to have my much awaited and deserved soak in the bath. I think I have improved in my rubber duck photography somewhat, don't you?
I'm really just trying to get the hang of using lighting and back drops etc at the moment. Eventually I'll start to take some more interesting and *clever* shots.
Museum of Science and Industry. We've been a few times and I just never seem to be able to take a decent photo there?! Apologies for this very boring and poor quality photo but I had a busy day and really didn't take anything for the blog.
Over the next few weeks I'm going to be taking more photos of Bob and various other objects so I can learn more about lighting and set up photos, (I'm sure there's a more technical term but I don't know it).
