Robin - spotted on our annual new years day walk.
It took me a few goes to get one of the robin in sight, most of them involve the blurry image of some fluttering wings during take off! I'm not totally happy with the lighting, it really is too dark and doesn't show off the true colours of the day, but other than that I feel happy with my first photo of the year.
